I have an athletic body, 5'5, 130lb, 36-26-36, true size S or 4. For tight items, I wear S and for baggier items I will wear a M. I chose S and it fit perfectly.

This dress was the most comfortable sexy formal dress I have ever worn and I got to wear it with nothing under it!!! The dress is a bit sheer but you can adjust the drapes to cover all your flaws.
